Wild Dunes Long Stay

Wild Dunes Long Stay

Wild Dunes Resort also offers one of the top Charleston golf schools with a variety of clinics and individual lessons available.

The Links Golf Course has the distinction of being Tom Fazio’s first course design. Recognised as one of the best in South Carolina by Golf Digest Magazine, the Links Course is both picturesque and testing.

A feature of the first 16 holes are the majestic palm trees. Combined with rolling fairways, native grasses, ponds, wetland areas and tricky greens, there are plenty of hazards to avoid and challenges to test you.

As you arrive on the 16th tee you start a finishing stretch that hugs the shoreline of the Atlantic ocean making for a dramatic finish. Indeed the original 18th hole was lost to the sea so Tom Fazio returned in 2015 to create a completely new par 3 finishing hole with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.

The Harbor Course is known for its challenging tight fairways and beautiful views, and plenty of water! From lagoons and salt marshes to the Intracoastal Waterway, this varied golf course will keep your inner ‘grip it and rip it’ in check.

It is not a long course so with all the hazards it is a strategists course. But with the spectacular views you cannot fail to enjoy every minute of it.
